*Starting in 2022, UTMB WORLD is using a new qualification system; races will no longer award “qualification points.” All races will now be classified into one of the four UTMB distance categories: 20K, 50K, 100K, and 100M. Participants who complete  the race will receive a UTMB Performance Index in the specified category. The Performance Index is used in the same way as “qualification points” to demonstrate a runner’s experience across different distances and can be used to enter UTMB® World Series events and, when combined with Running Stones, to qualify for the UTMB® World Series Finals. UTMB® Index races do not award Running Stones to finishers; these are available only to finishers of UTMB® World Series and UTMB® World Series Majors events.*Starting in 2022, UTMB WORLD is using a new qualification system; races will no longer award “qualification points.” All races will now be classified into one of the four UTMB distance categories: 20K, 50K, 100K, and 100M.
