    Checkpoints will be set up along the course, where event staff will monitor the athletes\u2019 progress and check their compulsory equipment. Anyone who refuses to submit to a check of the mandatory equipment will be immediately disqualified. It is the competitors\u2019 responsibility to comply with these criteria. In the event of a check during the race, the judge\/steward will verify compliance with the race regulations.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
