Pairs may be formed in the men&#8217;s, women&#8217;s, or mixed categories. The race will be divided into two stages, with a mandatory changeover in a designated area marked out by the organisers.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the Cortina 56K, the transition area will be located at the refreshment point in Loc. Fiames (after 28 km and 1500 d+).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the Cortina 26K, the transition area will be located in the Duca d\u2019Aosta area (after 10 km and 1,180 m of elevation gain) along the descent from Rif. Pomedes. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The handoff must take place through physical contact between the two runners within the designated area, under penalty of a penalty or disqualification. Each team is responsible for ensuring that the handoff is performed correctly and that safety rules are followed along the course. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The mandatory equipment for relay runners will be the same as for individual races, depending on the race distance, and both athletes must have it. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t    \t
